The Scone Shoppe – Order Cancellation Policy
At The Scone Shoppe, every batch is baked fresh and prepared with care specifically for your order. Because of the time, ingredients, and preparation involved—especially for larger orders—we have established the following cancellation policy:
Large Orders
Large orders (typically orders of 2 dozen or more, or custom/bulk requests) require advance preparation and scheduling.
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 48–72 hours in advance will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Custom & Specialty Orders
Custom or specialty scone orders (including unique flavors, dietary modifications, or event-specific requests) are non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled fulfillment time due to the specialized nature of the order.
Same-Day or Next-Day Orders
Orders placed for same-day or next-day pickup are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Order Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order if requested at least 72 hours in advance, but changes are not guaranteed.
No-Shows
Orders that are not picked up at the agreed-upon time without prior communication will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
